The hotel is situated approximately 100 yards from the Zeller lake and directly on the pedestrian zone filled with restaurants, coffee shops, cultural sights and shops. 

The health Spa with sauna, massage etc. is just 300 yards from the hotel entry. The nearest cabin cart, which brings you directly up to the skiing system and trekking paths, is just 350 yards away, that is, easily accessible by foot.

There are over 40 different sport activities in the area. The pleasantly tepid Zeller Lake is inviting all water junkies to swim, dive, windsurf, sail and of course sunbathing. Those who like hiking or bike riding will find perfect trails and tracks in various lengths, terrain and degrees of difficulty. If you want to play tennis or another racket sport there are plenty of courts and indoor gymnasiums. There are also good opportunities for those who like horse back riding. Golf players can enjoy 36-hole golf course. If you're up for trying something new there's a heap of modern sports in the region such as canoeing, hill climbing, inlines, mountain bike etc. or why not take a soothing boat tour or a walk around the lake.
